In this class you will develop tools with breathing and meditation to reduce stress and improve your overall wellness. Class will focus on mindfulness exercises using the breath, yoga and guided meditation practices. These techniques will be tools you can use during class and in day to day living to find joy in the present moment.
This activity takes place in the grass space next to the Point Defiance Visitor Center.
