Guest Speaker: Joey Hulbert is the director of the Forest Health Watch program (https://foresthealth.org/) and a research fellow at the WSU Research and Extension Center in Puyallup. As a Tacoma resident, he is eager to engage with our community and share his background so that we can all keep our forests healthy.
