During the nature mindfulness walks, participants will be led through a series of mindfulness practices that will cultivate present-moment awareness, awe, and an appreciation of plants and the natural world. The mindfulness walks will be led by trained mindfulness teacher and ecologist, Sarah Low.
The program will begin at the W.W. Seymour Conservatory and then proceeds to the walking paths in Wright Park.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes for the weather.
Registration is required. This is a donation-based program. Participants can donate what they can.
