Pitch in for Parks - Tacoma Nature Center Stewardship Work Party
Help us care for the park by participating in a work party held on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. You may be removing invasive plants, re-planting areas with native plants, or other tasks that support the natural health of this great habitat.
No experience is necessary but please come dressed for the weather and getting dirty.
Bring your own gloves and gardening gear or use what we provide.
All ages are welcome but children need to be supervised at all times by an adult.
Work parties occur rain or shine.

Pitch in for Parks - Charlotte's Blueberry Park Volunteer Work Party
Help restore your local park’s natural area on the fourth Saturday of the month from 9 am-12 pm.
Our habitat steward and Friends of Blueberry Park volunteers are there to provide a fun, open, and secure place to play, learn and grow. Volunteers are removing invasive plants and keeping the park clean. Park on D Street
Pitch in for Parks - Wapato Lake Park Restoration Work Party
Our steward at Wapato Lake Park hosts a work party the 4th Saturday of the month from 9 am-12 pm. We will be removing invasive non-native plants and maintaining previous plantings, in an effort to restore the ecology near the wetlands.
