Join Strategic Nature and the Tacoma Tree Foundation presentation and dig deep into the benefits of time spent in nature. Learn about practices that bring us closer to the natural world, discover ways to cultivate nature nearby, and find out how planting and caring for trees can improve your overall wellbeing! We'll explore some of the ways children specifically benefit from time spent outdoors, learn tips and tricks on how to get yourself outdoors more, and also connect participants with further opportunities and resources to improve your overall wellbeing with nature! Presented by Tacoma Tree Foundation, funded by Tacoma Creates, and hosted by Tacoma Public Library.
